Relocation Spanish for Families in Chile | Natalislang — Santiago
Relocation Spanish for FamiliesMoving to Chile with your family? We help parents and children learn Spanish together — before you arrive and once you are here. A programme built around your family's pace, needs and new life in Chile. The whole family, learning togetherRelocating to a new country is a major life change — exciting, demanding and sometimes overwhelming, especially for children. When the language is a barrier, even simple things become stressful: registering at school, visiting the doctor, making friends, understanding the neighbourhood. Our Relocation Spanish programme is designed to help the whole family navigate that transition with confidence. Parents and children learn together in the same class, with a teaching approach that adapts to every age and every level — structured enough for adults, engaging enough for children from 7 years old. We recommend starting before you arrive in Chile. This gives us time to prepare materials tailored to your family and means your first weeks in Santiago feel less like starting from zero. How the programme worksIn person in Santiagothe main format
Classes take place at our school in Providencia - Santiago, a short walk from Metro Baquedano. The whole family attends together — parents and up to three children from age 7. Sessions last a maximum of 2.5 hours, which keeps the pace high and the children engaged without tiring them.
Onlinebefore you arrive in Chile
If one or both parents want to get a head start before the family moves, we offer online classes in advance. This is particularly useful for the parent who will be most active in daily life — school runs, supermarkets, appointments, neighbours — and wants to arrive with basic communication already in place.

A programme that adapts to your familyEvery family arrives with different needs, different levels and different priorities. There is no fixed curriculum — your teacher designs the programme around your situation and adjusts it as the family progresses. The core grammar structures are always explained clearly so that parents and children understand the language properly, not just memorise phrases. But the way the content is delivered adapts to the group: role play, games, drawings and interactive activities keep children involved while adults absorb the structure. Typical content areas
The balance between these areas is decided with the family at the start and adjusted throughout the programme based on what is most urgent. Why we recommend starting earlyPreparing your material takes time. When you contact us before your move, we can have everything ready for your first class — a programme designed around your family's ages, levels and goals. Even a few online sessions before arrival make a real difference. Children who have heard some Spanish before their first day at school feel less anxious. Parents who can manage basic interactions from day one feel more confident and settled. The earlier you get in touch, the better prepared your family will be. Price & Payment
